If account holders without an activation code need access to their account, they should follow the instructions and contact our office at salestax@coloradosprings.gov .

The email should include the following details:

1. Name of the Business
2. Doing Business As (DBA) name, if applicable
3. Account number
4. The physical address of the company
5. The mailing address of the company

By including these details in the email, the office will be able to assist promptly in retrieving the necessary information, don’t hesitate to reach out to the mentioned email address.

• I have an account and am registered as a user, but I need help locating specific information or features in the online portal.

• I do not have an account with The City of Colorado Springs Sales Tax Office.
• The physical address of this business is located out-of-country.
