Each Adviser's Manual 360 license costs:
Adviser's Manual 360 licenses are valid until the end of the month, one year from the date of purchase. So, if you buy a license on August 5, 2023, that license would be valid until August 31, 2024. If you renew a license before it expires, the license will be renewed until one year beyond its current expiration date.
Note: The expiration date shown in your My Info zone within the Manual includes a courtesy 60-day grace period following your subscription paid-thru date. You will, however, be billed and invoiced based on your subscription paid-thru date.
Yes! But NAFSA members get a deep discount. The nonmember price for an AM 360 license is $ 435 for each license. The member price is $305, about a 30% discount off the nonmember price.
If you purchase or renew a license for yourself, the price will be based on your NAFSA membership status at the time of the transaction. If you are a roster manager purchasing licenses on behalf of other individuals at your organization, the rate per licenses will be based on the NAFSA membership status of each individual for whom you are purchasing a license. For example:

You are a NAFSA member buying three licenses: one for yourself, one for another NAFSA member at your organization, and another for a nonmember at your organization.

AM360 license purchases are not refundable in whole or in part, but the value of the unused portion of an AM360 license may be transferred to another individual. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis in instances where it is established that a customer made the purchase in error. Requests for refunds in such cases must be made to [email protected] within a reasonable amount of time following the purchase. Credit card payments will receive a credit issued to the respective account, while refunds for other payment methods will be provided via check.
An institution can designate a "Roster Manager" to be the point-person for ordering and renewing the AM 360 licenses for a group, and for transferring licenses from one person to another. If you are already a Roster Manager, you can go to your organization's roster page.
If you need to become a Roster Manager for your institution, contact the AM360 staff. Roster Managers do not need to have an Adviser's Manual license themselves.

Yes. Adviser's Manual 360 licenses reside in the individual user's NAFSA record. This allows users to access the Manual using their own NAFSA user name and password. Roster managers can view all individuals that share the same organization ID in the NAFSA database, and purchase licenses for those individuals and transfer licenses to others in the organization.
Adviser's Manual licenses are billed for renewal 180 days before they expire. Once billed for renewal, Roster Manager will receive a series of three email renewal reminders at intervals of 90, 60, and 30 days before the expiration date of licenses in a roster. Those licenses can be renewed online through the institutional roster. You can also add new licenses for other individuals at the same time. If licenses on the same roster have different expiration dates, you will be able to see all licenses with their expiration date on the roster, and renew them if they are within 180 days of expiration. If you wish to renew a license more than 180 days before its expiration, you can contact the AM360 staff.
Just like NAFSA membership, Adviser's Manual licenses now have a rolling license validity period, with each license valid until the end of the month, one year from the date of purchase. Renewal notifications will also be done on a rolling basis, where Roster Managers will be periodically invoiced only for those licenses that are up for renewal.
Yes. Roster Managers can transfer any license on their roster to any other individual on the same organizational roster, from their roster management page on the NAFSA website.
The price paid for a purchased license stays with the license until it expires. Future transactions are based on membership status of the license holder at the time of the future transaction.
The roster and invoices are linked to your institution, not only your individual office. You will see everyone with a NAFSA account linked to your institution included in your roster. Likewise, invoices include all licenses with upcoming expiration dates that are linked to your institution. Roster Managers at institutions with multiple offices accessing the Adviser's Manual may see staff members from a different office on their roster/invoice. Please refrain from making changes to another office's license arrangement unless you have previously communicated with them. If you have questions or require an updated invoice with fewer staff members, please contact the AM360 staff.
If someone does not appear in your roster, they either do not have a My NAFSA account or their account is not linked to your institution. If you need assistance in adding someone to your roster, please contact the AM360 staff and provide the staff member's name and NAFSA ID number (if available).
If your institution purchased a license for you, please transfer your Adviser's Manual license to someone else within your office before leaving. When you arrive at your new institution, consult with them about obtaining an Adviser's Manual license under your new institution. Contact the AM360 staff with any issues arising out of moving to a new institution.
The organization can designate another individual to serve as roster manager, ideally before the current roster manager leaves the organization. If the roster manager has already left, contact the AM360 staff and we'd be happy to assist you.
